Opening and tracking client requests from initiation to final closure.

Coordinating with internal departments, branches, and external offices to ensure prompt and accurate service delivery.

Monitoring client complaints and working to resolve or escalate them as per protocols.

Updating client data and requests in the established systems accurately.

Adhering to the Ministry of Human Resources systems and company policies.

Preparing regular reports on request status and client satisfaction.

Maintaining confidentiality of client information and documents.
