Material Coordinator Engineer — Riyadh

Coordinate material requests, deliveries, and transfers between departments and project sites.

Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of materials received, issued, and returned.

Review project drawings, technical specifications, and work schedules for assigned overhead transmission line sections.

Inspect incoming materials to verify quality, quantity, and compliance with project specifications.

Coordinate with the design team, suppliers, and manufacturers regarding material requirements and follow-ups.

Track shipments and ensure the timely delivery of materials to project sites.

Follow up on suppliers’ payments and letters of credit.

Prepare material status and inventory reports for management.

Support stock counts, inventory audits, and proper material storage and labeling.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and documentation standards.
