Head Chef — Sharjah

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef / Kitchen In-Charge to lead our kitchen operations for a new cafe in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will take full charge of menu preparation, food quality, kitchen staff management, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and oversee specialty Coffee, Fresh Juices, Crispy Chicken menu items, and popular Arabic Cuisines.

Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff to maintain fast service and high quality.

Oversee inventory management, stock ordering, and wastage control.

Maintain strict standards of kitchen sanitation, safety, and hygiene.

Requirements:

Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on culinary & kitchen management experience in a cafe or restaurant.

Strong leadership, team management, and multi-tasking skills.

Candidates currently available in the UAE on a Visit Visa / Cancelled Visa are preferred.

Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an added advantage).

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: 2,000 AED – 2,500 AED / month
