Telecommunications Sales Specialist — Dubai

In this role, you will monitor registered users and potential clients provided by the company through phone calls and electronic communication channels, converting them into active clients.

You will assess client needs and provide appropriate services, responding to their inquiries and objections, and following up with them until the sales process is completed.

Document communication results with clients, update their data and status regularly, and ensure that client information is delivered to the relevant team after completing the sale.

Training on products, services, and sales procedures will be provided.

A work and residence permit in the United Arab Emirates is required.

Skills

Job Requirements

Fluency in Arabic, with the ability to communicate with clients and independently complete sales processes, along with basic English communication skills in a work environment.

Previous experience in telecommunications sales, training course sales, or memberships and subscriptions, or financial products and services, or other services.

Possess persuasion skills and the ability to identify client needs and effectively handle their objections and follow-ups.

Focus on achieving results, with the ability to manage time and work independently, and adapt to changing work priorities.

Ability to work and reside in Dubai for the long term, with preference given to those with previous experience in work or residence within the United Arab Emirates.

Additional preferred experiences

Experience in selling shares or investment products or financial education services or paid subscriptions.

Good knowledge of communication styles with clients in the Middle East region and understanding of local market dynamics.

Proven work experience in converting registered users or potential clients into active clients.
