Job Title Building Envelope Engineer LEED AP Mostadam AP Location Riyadh Saudi Arabia Job Type Full-time onsite Department MEP Projects We are seeking a qualified Building Envelope Commissioning Agent BECxA Architectural Engineer with at least 5 years of experience and credentials as a LEED Accredited Professional LEED AP or Mostadam Accredited Professional Mostadam AP In this role the selected candidate will serve as the designated BECxA responsible for producing the comprehensive Envelope Commissioning Plan and overseeing advanced building envelope verification testing conducted by the Commissioning Contractor Directly oversee and verify that the building envelope is rigorously tested by the Commissioning Contractor for the following four key performance areas strong Condensation Control strong Ensure testing and design verification prevent moisture formation and condensation risks within envelope assemblies strong Water Ingress strong Oversee advanced field testing for water penetration leakage and waterproofing performance strong Air Infiltration strong Direct and verify air tightness testing to control unconditioned air leakage through the building enclosure strong Thermal Bridging strong Analyze and verify envelope details and insulation continuity to eliminate thermal bridging path issues Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline. 5+ years of related experience LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) or Mostadam Accredited Professional (Mostadam AP) certification (preferred)
