Construction Manager-Saudi ARAMCO Shutdown Projects — Dammam

Oversee all construction activities during critical shutdown periods ensuring strict adherence to schedule and scope Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary construction teams including subcontractors to achieve project objectives safely and efficiently Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols ensuring zero lost-time incidents and compliance with Saudi Aramco safety standards Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical) or equivalent.Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management, with a significant focus on industrial plant shutdowns.Proven experience working on Saudi Aramco projects, demonstrating familiarity with their standards and procedures.Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly desirable.
