Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and manage our Sales & Business Development initiatives for Saudi Arabia market based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record, strong exposure to and experience working with manpower recruitment companies that handle international hiring for the Saudi market with excellent leadership skills, and an in-depth understanding of the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

Key requirements include:

Strong sales and business development background with the ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects for Saudi Work Visa business.

Experience in managing international recruitment and workforce mobilization into Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of hiring processes and documentation requirements across multiple source countries.

Good understanding of Saudi government regulations, compliance requirements, and processes related to international hiring, including relevant Ministry and regulatory procedures.

Experience in coordinating with recruitment agencies, employers, and government stakeholders to ensure seamless mobilization.
