Scanning Operator — Jeddah

Operate high-speed scanners to digitize large volumes of documents accurately and efficiently Perform quality control checks on scanned images to ensure legibility completeness and adherence to established standards Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples paper clips and organizing them for optimal workflow Index and tag scanned documents with relevant metadata for easy retrieval and database management High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education is advantageous.Previous experience in a document scanning or data entry role is highly preferred.Familiarity with document management systems (DMS) and scanning software.Proficiency in operating various types of scanners and understanding of image quality settings.
