Intern Attorney — Jeddah

The intern attorney will participate in the preparation of legal documents and the monitoring of cases, performing tasks under the supervision of the firm.

Responsibilities:

Drafting claims and formulating legal texts.

Attending sessions and monitoring decisions and procedures related to cases.

Writing reports on case progress and outcomes of sessions.

Preparing objections to rulings and reviewing them with the supervising attorney.

Conducting legal research and reviewing systems and legal principles related to cases.

Studying case documents and preparing summaries for hearings.

Monitoring session schedules and procedural deadlines and notifying them.

Assisting in drafting and reviewing contracts.

Tracking requests and transactions through legal platforms.

Communicating with stakeholders to gather necessary information and documents for cases.

Working Hours:

The firm will determine working hours after the interview.

Skills

Proficiency in Arabic and clarity in drafting legal texts.

Ability to conduct legal research and access relevant systems, regulations, and rulings.

Analysis of cases and documents and extraction of key points.

Familiarity with the basics of litigation and etiquette for attending sessions.

Basic knowledge of administrative cases and their procedures.

Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office and legal platforms.

Accuracy in reviewing drafts and documents.

Time management and adherence to deadlines and task monitoring.

Professional communication with stakeholders and colleagues.

Maintaining confidentiality of information and adherence to professional ethics.
