Job Title — Internal Audit and Compliance Manager

Position Title: Internal Audit and Compliance Manager

Department/Division: Internal Audit and Compliance

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer

Main Responsibilities

Preparation of the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessments and submission to the Board of Directors for approval.

Execution of internal audit assignments on financial and operational activities across all departments and divisions.

Evaluation of the effectiveness of internal control systems and compliance with established policies and procedures.

Monitoring the record of established compliance with coordination with the Deputy CEO and updating it regularly.

Submission of periodic audit reports directly to the Board of Directors, including observations and recommendations.

Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions for audit observations with relevant departments.

Assessment of the company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Execution of any other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors or its Chairman that serve the objectives of governance and oversight.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferably with a CIA certification or equivalent legal qualification).

Years of Experience: At least 8 years in internal or external audit, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
