Material Encoder — Al Khobar

Ensure accurate timely and systematic encoding of material data into project systems ERP database supporting procurement warehouse and construction teams by maintaining reliable material records and documentationVerify data by comparing it to source documents and check for any discrepancies or errors before entry Organize and maintain files and databases ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible in EDMS Perform regular data entry tasks including updating information creating new records and deleting obsolete ones Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems Identify and report any data-related issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor Adhere to the company s data entry and security policies ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information Familiarity with Construction materials pipes valves fittings cables structural E I items Assist in the creation of standardized procedures and guidelines for data entry processes Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.-2-5 years of experience in materials encoder or data entry / encoding in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects.Familiarity with ERP systems.Exceptional typing and data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of [50 words per minute]Proven experience as an Encoder or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Good communication and coordination abilities.Proficient computer skills, including a strong command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Ability to multitask and work independently under pressureFamiliarity with data entry software and tools is a plus.
