Maintenance Technician — Al Khobar

Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to detect potential issues before they escalate into major problems Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems plumbing electrical systems and machinery ensuring optimal performance Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures utilizing advanced tools and techniques to restore functionality promptly Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including repairs replacements and inspections to track equipment performance High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in maintenance or a related field is highly preferred.At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance or industrial maintenance roles.Proficient in reading blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics to effectively perform repairs and renovations.Strong electrical knowledge, including familiarity with wiring, circuit systems, and safety regulations.
